Apa itu Emblica officinalis

Emblica officinalis Gaertn. atau Phyllanthus emblica Linn, biasanya dikenali sebagai Gooseberry India atau Amla, boleh dikatakan tumbuhan herba ini yang paling penting dalam sistem perubatan tradisional India, Ayurveda. Kebanyakan bahagian tumbuhan ini  digunakan untuk merawat pelbagai penyakit, akan tetapi yang paling utama ialah buahnya.
